Residential Stays
For qualified practitioners, residential opportunities are also available for short- or long-term stays in the Zen Center. Please use the application form below for details. If you are new to our Community and to our practice, we will require a short self-introduction, describing a little bit about your background, your experience with meditation practice, and the reasons for your wish to practice with Hyon Gak Sunim / Zen Center Regensburg, at this time.

Prices:
Standard: 60€/night, 350€/week, 1100€/month
Students: 50€/night, 300€/week, 950€/month
Long Term Residents: 950€/month
The prices are kept as low as possible to enable as many people to practice as we can manage. The monthly “student” price only covers our basic costs, and consists of:
- Rent for a shared room in the heart of the Regensburg Old Town (Altstadt): 400€
- Healthy, organic, vegetarian food: 300€
- Additional costs, like water and electricity: 100€
- Teachings from an authorized Zen master (incl. retreats): 150€
- Living and practicing in a community of like-minded people: PRICELESS!
