We offer regular introduction to the Zen Practice at Zen Center Regensburg e.V. This introduction class is recommended for all beginners to the practice. Please select a date for the introduction from the calendar. Someone will be available to conduct the introduction only on those dates. The introduction class begins at 6 p.m.
